With our project management service, you can hand over the keys and relax. We oversee every detail on-site, ensuring your home is delivered fully completed to specification—faithful to the design and finished to the highest standard.

What is covered in MTO’s project management package:

  1. MTO will collect quotations from trusted tradesmen and suppliers recommended by MTO. This covers ALL Finishings and ALL Furnishings.​
  2. Clients may still chose to use a tradesperson or furnishing supplier of their choice.
  3. Follow-ups with tradesmen and companies to find dates suitable for everyone for works to be carried out.
  4. Project plan with dates.
  5. A detailed and constantly up to date sheet with quotes and project expenses making it easy for you to plan and keep track of all expenditure
  6. Free consultation calls with tradesmen and the clients during the project.
  7. Coordination, follow ups and updates on progressing works making sure the project runs smoothly to completion.
  8. Provide quotation for furniture from our trusted supplier. As for external suppliers, the client will need to collect such quotations.​
  9. Free site visits with MTO tradesmen to ensure that finishings are done according to the technical drawings available, including the electrical plans, lighting plans, soffit plans, ACs, tiling plans and plumbing plans. - Visits with tradesmen not recommended by MTO would incur the fee as per the Extras section below.​
  10. Reminders on key timelines ensuring permits etc are always made on time.
  11. Site inspections ensuring finishings are all implemented as per our instructions.
  12. Tradesmen and Clients can contact me directly any time they have questions free of charge.
  13. All the finishing and furnishing trades are included within this package.​

Extras (at a fee of €50 per instance):

  1. On site visits to open the place when the client does not wish to provide tradespeople with a copy of the key.
  2. Collecting of quotations for suppliers and tradesmen not aligned with MTO.
  3. On site visits for assistance to external tradesmen. Visits with MTO tradesmen are FREE.
  4. Application and Sticking of No Parking permits.
  5. Collecting lifter deliveries on your behalf at a rate of €50 per hour.​​
  6. Extended client meetings to visit shops or suppliers.

Important:

  1. If the client choses to proceed with tradesmen or suppliers other than those recommended by MTO, MTO will not and can not be held responsible for the quality of works that would be carried out.
  2. Payments for the extras above, are to be settled at least 24 hours before the service is needed.
