What is covered in MTO’s project management package:

  1. ​Collect quotations from trusted tradesmen
  2. Clients may still chose to use a tradesperson of their choice and our package will still apply to them
  3. Follow-ups with tradesmen and companies to find dates suitable for everyone for works to occurr
  4. Collect quotations on finishings AND furnishings - suppliers may be local or otherwise
  5. A constantly updated project plan with dates
  6. On site visits with tradesmen whenever there is need
  7. On site visits to ensure that finishings are done according to the technical drawings available, including the electrical plans, lighting plans, soffit plans, ACs, tiling plans and plumbing plans
    1. These are all provided to you automatically when doing interior designs with MTO.
  8. Assistance in handling of lifter appointments and deliveries. We can be present whenever deliveries are scheduled.
  9. Reminders on key timelines ensuring permits etc are always made on time
  10. Site inspections ensuring finishings are all implemented as per our instructions
  11. Tradesmen can contact me directly any time they have questions
  12. All the finishing trades are included within this package​
