This is how your interior design journey will look like when choosing MTO designs for your interior design needs. Throughout all of the stages below, we will be available to answer any questions or concerns that you might have either through facebook, email or by direct contact on whatsapp. calls or one to one meetings.
Stage 1: Site visit
We start your design process journey with a site visit whenever possible. During this first meeting, we'll discuss and get an idea of what you have in mind for your future home, as well as take any measurements if and where needed. We'll be happy to assist in any questions you may have for us as well.
Stage 2: Floor plans
Following the site visit, we start building how we envision your space will best be used to ensuring the highest level aesthetics and functionality while making sure no space goes to waste. This is presented via a floor plan and is then shared with you so that we can discuss what we at MTO had in mind, as well as make any adjustments that you might prefer.

Stage 3: Mood boards and Wireframes
Following the floor plans, we dive into mood boards and home styles, where you'll experience colors and varying interior styles first hand, which are critical when designing your dream home.
Around the same time, we start bringing the furniture layout to basic 3D models called wireframes. This gives a clearer picture of usable space and is a great opportunity for our clients to provide early feedback with regards to layout adjustments. Example below:
Stage 4: Building your home in realistic 3D Renders
This is where you will see your home take shape right before your eyes. We will build your dream home in 3D and extract realistic renders of your home taking into account colors, materials, room lighting, furniture styles and combining everything that was discussed in previous meetings. Below is a sample of what you can expect from our 3D renders.
Stage 5: Electrical plans, soffit plans and furniture dimensions
By now you have received your 3D renders of your dream home and we have concluded that no further changes are required. Once that is done, we will supply you with the most important documents yet to actually build your dream home. These are the electrical plans, soffit plans and modified 3D renders to include furniture dimensions from all angles. With these documents, electricians, plumbers, woodworkers and other tradesmen will have all the information they require to accurately work in achieving how you envision your future home.
